How the website works:

Log on to the website
Enter unique user ID and password
Input reference and property address
Input your unique client reference and property address. Property Solutions is able to validate the address from property number and postcode or if the property does not yet have a Royal Mail postcode input the address details manually. If you would like email confirmation of your order enter your email address.
Select searches
We offer a wide range of conveyancing searches on a nationwide basis, select the searches, which you would like to order against the specific property.
Confirmation
After submitting the selected searches, your property address and searches will appear in a printer friendly format. As well as this you will be issued with a unique reference number in case you need to cancel or chase an order.
Payment
To place orders online you have the added benefit of not having to pay immediately for searches. Instead we will send an invoice and an itemised bill for all the searches ordered in the previous calendar month. Alternatively you can now pay by credit or debit card making ordering your searches quicker and more efficient.
Receiving your requests
Once you have placed an order through our website we receive the request within 30 seconds of confirmation, we then begin to process the request the same day, if we require further information i.e. a plan or clarification of the property address we will either phone or email you for this information.

Once we have processed the request we can send the reports back through DX or Royal Mail alternatively all our reports can be emailed electronically saving time.
