Risk Screen

The Risk Screen is an entry level commercial report designed to give a simple assessment of environmental liability for smaller scale commercial premises. Each report is manually assessed and produced for greater accuracy.

The report contains a clear PASS or FAIL determination, supported by plain English conclusions and recommendations. It comes in a concise and simple format allowing easy understanding of the environmental issues facing a site.

Farm Risk Review

The Farm Risk Review is the only environmental search available that is specifically tailored to agricultural issues. The product is produced by experienced consultants, who assess the land for issues of agricultural relevance as well as environmental impact (such as obstructions to cultivation). Alternatively, where large areas of land are to be put to other uses (such as development), the manual assessment allows us to alter the focus of the report to address these uses.

The report provides clear, pragmatic yet extensive summaries and conclusions to give clients a deep understanding of the potential problems facing the farm. The recommendations then offer detailed advice for managing, reducing or circumventing these problems
